ANXIETY:

Anxiety doesn’t come from anywhere; to understand it, we must know the root causes of these feelings. They never disappear spontaneously. Therapy can help explore the roots and source of the issue and offer practical strategies and coping mechanisms to overcome anxiety. Please, get in touch with me.

DEPRESSION:

When we are depressed, it is very difficult to function, as the feelings are debilitating and hard to cope with. Therapy provides a safe space to explore those feelings of depression in depth. With time we start to understand why we feel the way we do. This can provide immense relief, release and a new source of energy. If depression is your problem, please get in touch with me.

LOSS:

A loss is difficult to avoid, as it is a part of our lives. It can be a loss of a loved one, your favourite pet or something significant such as a job or home. It can be a complex and very painful experience that we are unprepared for. During the therapy, bereavement can be explored and mourned. We can identify the meaning of the loss for us and our identity. There will be a space to share the pain and despair. Please get in touch.

RELATIONSHIP ISSUES:

We all have our unique ways of relating to others. Learning about relational tendencies and difficulties helps us identify our greatest struggles. It can help us to explore what we want in our relationships. We can discover our needs and how we sabotage ourselves from creating what we want the most. If you would like to discuss any relationship issues (work, love, home) please get in touch.

DIVORCE/SEPARATION:

The therapy can help us gain clarity and work through difficult feelings that we may not be ready to share with other people. We may also explore the practical implications of these processes for us and those we care about. Please, get in touch.

FAMILY ISSUES:

When the relationships in the families don`t work well, are neglectful, abusive, and cause much distress the therapy can help to understand what we can do about this. Individual therapy gives us a space to explore difficulties in relationships and gives us insight into ourselves. Family therapy /couple therapy/ can help, too, so please get in touch with me.

PARENTING ISSUES:

Therapy may help to see the patterns in our parenting behaviours connected to the influences from our childhood. It can help develop supportive strategies for dealing with parenting challenges today and explore the complexities of co-parenting relationships and single parenting. Please, get in touch.

IDENTITY ISSUES:

It is very important for every human being to know who we are, as sexual beings and as beings with or without a gender label. In therapy, we can find a very accepting, confidential environment in which we can explore aspects of ourselves that others may or may not yet see, and we may be getting to know ourselves and our preferences better. Please, get in touch.

WORK ISSUES:

Our work; workplace, and colleagues sometimes trigger significant stress, anxiety and depression, which can compromise our physical and mental state over time. Therapy can help us evolve strategies for managing better with this ongoing stress and dealing with difficult interpersonal dynamics while building assertiveness and self-confidence at work. It can also support us to consider change to improve our work/life balance. Please, get in touch.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:

Therapy connected to personal development is the time to reflect on our lives more deeply to get more awareness when we seek to improve a particular aspect of our life, seek more meaning from life, or undergo therapy during professional development. These times can be great opportunities to look at yourself deeper, to know yourself better, to build wisdom and awareness of ourselves, to live a life in a conscious, reflective way and benefit more from every single day. Please, get in touch.
