My career

With my Master`s Degree in languages, I can offer therapy in different languages (Polish, English, Spanish, French).

I bring together aspects of Psychodynamic, Humanistic (person-centred) and Music &  Art therapy approaches.

Still, the key which opens the door to good,  successful psychotherapy is the therapeutic relationship I build with my clients.

I am registered and accredited in the UKCP via Forum For Independent Psychotherapists and a Member of Analytical College.

I have many years of experience in group and music therapy (Psychiatric Hospital for Children and Teenagers in Poznan, Poland).

I also have several years of experience in the Voluntary Sector in Bohemia Counselling and Wellness Centre Services in St.Leonard`s-on-Sea in East Sussex. During the Pandemic, I worked in Psychiatry Hospital for three years, and then I was working almost two years in NHS Berkshire in IMPACTT MBT Team with people diagnosed with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder). Before starting a therapeutic journey together,

I am happy to talk by phone and answer any of your questions.

Being very artistic, I wanted to develop my skills by studying Art Therapy in Gniezno, Poland, which I finished with distinction. Still, I have been dreaming of doing full qualifications in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I fulfilled my dreams in the year 2017. My four-year study programme included an experience of working with severe and enduring mental health issues. To continue my development in the psychotherapy field, I have taken further training specialising in Group Psychotherapy. I completed two years of training in the Laboratory of Psychoeducation and four years of training in Modern Group Analysis in Mallorca in Spanish.
